Owner Megan, is passionate about reformer pilates and rhythm cycle – where, at Hallett Cove, Esteem active brings a South Australian first…a studio that offers both!

Esteem Active is Adelaide’s first studio to offer both Reformer Pilates and Indoor Rhythm Cycle under one roof. Pilates Reformer is an all over body workout designed to strengthen, tone, improve posture and flexibility and builds stamina and muscular endurance. Indoor Rhythm Cycle is a fun cardio workout which works to the beats to the music which create the RPM, it feels like you’re at a party dancing on your bike. It is an amazing workout to build cardiovascular and aerobic stamina. Esteem Active believes in being your best self and to always hold yourself to your highest esteem. We love to see our clients striving for and achieving their goals. We love being active. Our environment is a fun and inclusive space with classes designed to suit a variety of individuals.

Reformer Pilates: We have two main Reformer Pilates classes that both have beginner and intermediate levels:

Slow and Flow Beginner: This is your traditional reformer pilates to introduce clients to reformer exercises in a slow to moderate paced flow with a core focus on technique.

Slow and Flow Intermediate: Slow to moderate based flow introducing clients to more advanced pilates reformer exercises and movements

ReformerFIT Beginner: Faster paced, cardio, strength and yoga flows

ReformerFIT Intermediate: Designed for those with knowledge of the reformer. High intensity advanced movements.

Rhythm Cycle: 

Beginner: introduction to Rhythm Cycle, beginner rhythm movements

Intermediate: Intermediate chorography.

We also provide the cycling shoes for class participants for each class. We will keep the clients shoe size on file to ensure that they have the right size shoe for the duration of their rhythm cycling class
