Shake up your summer

From extra-decadent concoctions like Brandy Alexanders, or a refreshing Summer Spritz, these drinks are guaranteed to help you relax your shoulders, unwind from the stress of the holiday season, and celebrate in style. And who doesn’t need that?

Bailey’s Apple Pie & Original Irish Cream

1. Scoop your favourite vanilla ice cream into a dish.

2. Add 50ml Bailey’s Apple Pie.

3. Garnish with all your favourite toppings.

Brandy Alexander

1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 60ml Black Bottle Brandy, 30ml Vok White Creme De Cacao and 90ml fresh milk.

2. Shake well until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or a coupe glass.

3. Garnish with a cinnamon quill.

All-Australian Spritz

1. Add ice into a large wine glass.

2. Pour in 60ml SOFI Aperitivo, 90ml Dal Zotto Prosecco NV, then top with 30ml soda water.

3. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy!
