Esteem Active is Adelaide’s first studio to offer both Reformer Pilates and Indoor Rhythm Cycle under one roof. Pilates Reformer is an all over body workout designed to strengthen, tone, improve posture and flexibility and builds stamina and muscular endurance. Indoor Rhythm Cycle is a fun cardio workout which works to the beats to the music which create the RPM, it feels like you’re at a party dancing on your bike. It is an amazing workout to build cardiovascular and aerobic stamina. Esteem Active believes in being your best self and to always hold yourself to your highest esteem.
